It's a bit fuzzy, but I believe we were each very drunkenly trying to look after the other. No killing is necessary, Duo gets quite upset when I come home injured.
We're at the inn. We were both having a drink and... I do not think they were normal drinks. We were both experiencing peculiar reactions, so we decided it best not to risk travelling home. Especially as we had both forgotten how to walk in straight lines. We are both alive and entirely intact, so I dare say we made a surprisingly good decision.
